I recently had the pleasure of staying at Guesthouse-TheView in Ribeira Brava during Easter, and I must say, it was a good escape. Nestled high on a mountainside, the views of the valley and ocean were so amazing that I found myself waking up early just to catch the sunrise from our private balcony- a sight worth losing sleep over! The warm hospitality from the staff was evident the moment we arrived; Dieter, our charming host, welcomed us personally and even took the time to chat over a fantastic breakfast spread filled with fresh local fruits. The air-conditioned rooms were not only immaculate and well-decorated but also had a cozy sitting area and a terrace to enjoy those stunning sea views. With a refreshing pool and the inviting terrace, it's a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the island-whether cycling or enjoying a night cap at the nearby bar. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat that combines comfort and stunning scenery, I highly recommend this adults-only gem!
